Happy Eggs From Happy Chickens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Robert from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I prepared a four-egg omelette with some pepper and some diced onions. It was very tasty and I was very happy to know that the chickens were treated as well as they could be.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I definitely agree with the most positive treatment of animals as possible. Please ensure that you continue to check on the farms so that they don’t change how they handle the chickens after certification. The only reason I’ll still eat eggs is if I can get truly free range and Happy Eggs are the best that I can find.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I would use Happy Eggs for Thanksgiving and I would create deviled eggs also for Halloween. You can make deviled eggs that actually look like little devils; it’s pretty funny.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
The best holiday memory was a Halloween where we had a potluck and people made little devil faces on the eggs. It was a lot of fun.
The best way to eat eggs with the least amount of harm is possible with Happy Eggs.
