Happy Eggs For Happy People!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jason from NV and here’s what he had to say:

Jason's New Year’s Resolution
I want to get healthier overall. I want to lose weight and look great!
His Healthy Recipe, Made With Happy Eggs
I would make a mushroom and spinach omelet. I'd start by sautéing the mushrooms and spinach, then add 2 eggs, whisk until frothy, and cook for 6-10 mins on med-high. Then, fold the omelet with cheese in the center and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Why he Thinks You’d Like It Too...
I would definitely recommend this recipe to others. It is tasty, packed with protein, and filling.
Jason On Cage-Free vs. Pasture Raised Free Range
I think that free range hens live a better quality of life and therefore produce a better-quality product resulting in a healthier alternative for consumers. I was not aware of the difference before. I feel that now I will be more aware when making purchases in the future. This may impact what I purchase.
I like the packaging; it stands out against the crowd.
