Happy Eggs Come From Happy Chickens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jake from FL and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I fried the eggs. I cooked them on a gas stove in a skillet with just non-stick spray. I don’t like runny yolks so I made them over hard. The eggs were rich in flavor and the yolks were bright yellow.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Humane treatment of animals is an extremely important consideration in my view. I always look for products that treat animals humanely, and am willing to pay a premium price when needed.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I would like to use these eggs in special cakes for the upcoming holidays. I might also consider making deviled eggs as an appetizer.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
I always loved Thanksgiving. It is a great time to be together with family, but without all of the stress that comes with giftgiving associated with Christmas.
Happy eggs come from happy chickens, and that is important to me.
