Happy Eggs – Back To Basics

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Chris from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
Over easy is a great way to enjoy eggs, especially if I have a crisp piece of toast to dip in the yolk. Actually, any side like sausage or bacon is delicious dipped in the yolks.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try the deviled eggs. My whole family loves them and they’re always great at family gatherings as an appetizer.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
In today’s commercialized and industrialized society it’s great to hear about a company that goes back to the old tried-and-true way of raising hens. That practice speaks volumes to a company’s commitment to quality and animal stewardship.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
This practice also goes back in time to when food or livestock was not trucked hundreds or thousands of miles across the country to get to market. Using more small farms ensures a fresher product and support of local communities.
I love the taste of these fresh organic Happy Eggs.
