Happy Eggs Are Healthy Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to David from CA and here’s what he had to say:

David's New Year’s Resolution
I have a New Year's resolution to eat healthier this year. I plan to do this by eating less dessert and snacking less. I also plan to do this by buying organic products instead of the less-healthy alternatives. I'm doing this to lose weight and to feel better. I plan to do this with my wife.
His Healthy Recipe, Made With Happy Eggs
I like an egg English muffin for breakfast instead of cereal. I plan to use toast with bacon and Happy Eggs in my English muffin. I will cook my egg (sunny side up) while I toast my bread and cook my bacon. I'm looking forward to it.
Why he Thinks You’d Like It Too...
I would recommend this to others. I like it because it is a filling meal and tastes great. It is also very fast and easy to prepare. Also it contains organic eggs that taste great and are much healthier.
David On Cage-Free vs. Pasture Raised Free Range
I think that free range eggs are much better than cage free eggs. I did not know the difference between the two, so I just learned about it, but free range chickens are definitely happier and that is why I would prefer the Happy Egg brand since I know they are free ranging birds, rather than cooped up chickens in a large indoor “cage.”
I'm much happier when I'm eating my Happy Eggs from happy, free range chickens.
