Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

I am from the south so I prepared my Organic Free Range Happy Eggs sunny side up plated alongside creole jambalaya, freshly picked tomatoes drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, whole jalapenos and a bowl of cheesy grits. The flavor of Happy Eggs was very delicious and fresh and it complemented my brunch amazingly.

I am very pleased to hear that Happy Eggs commits itself to high standards of quality and also to the welfare and treatment of the hens that provide the eggs. The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

During the Halloween season many spooky festive friends and family members are always out for great dishes and sides and deviled eggs will also be a classic. I look forward to sharing Organic Free Range Happy Eggs not only as deviled, but also as a fine addition to my cookies, and during the Christmas holidays, as Happy Eggnog.

What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

Some of my fondest memories of the winter holiday season is that of Christmas time with family and friends and a classic hot mug of eggnog. Opening presents in the frosty winter just doesn’t get better than relaxing in front of a warm fireplace with a hot cup of eggnog.
