Happier Eggs!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Rodney from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I love to prepare a good, delicious fried egg. It’s simple and easy to just add a little Himalayan salt. It’s a tried and true way to eat such a delicious breakfast.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I think I would choose the Rocky Sunrise Bacon Burger because it reminds me of a burger I ate while in Argentina. I have ate many burgers but the first time with a fried egg was while I lived in Argentina. It was a magical mixture of flavors adding the fried egg. Then bacon makes everything better.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think the commitment Happy Egg shows toward their chickens is awesome. It would stand to reason the happier the chicken, the healthier and better the egg would be. And with them not so crowded in small spaces the chickens should be less prone to health issues.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
In a world of large corporations, having smaller farms being supported is the American dream. Make more jobs for everyone.
The happier the chicken the better the egg!
