Great Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Andrew from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like to prepare my eggs over easy for breakfast, because when I can taste the whole egg I get the full flavor. I like eating eggs with toast and bacon. I think someone else would like eggs this way because it’s a traditional way to eat breakfast.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would try the rocky sunrise bacon and egg burger because it has all elements that would seem tasty. It also seems like it would be easy and quick to prepare, which is a huge upside for my morning breakfast.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it’s an amazing thing to allow the chickens to be free-range. It is difficult and against the norm to raise chickens this way since it isn’t as profitable, but that is very commendable on Happy Egg’s part.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
This is great because the farming community struggles so much with bigger retailers and weather issues. It’s always great when companies try to use smaller guys to help their company grow.

The eggs and package look great and come from a great source that has great intentions.
