In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Lester from NV and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to make eggs is sunny side up. It’s quick and easy and tastes amazing with a pinch of salt, pepper and ketchup.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try the Bacon and Egg Burger for sure. Egg yolks on a burger is the best thing in the world. I’d have it for breakfast every day until I get sick of it.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it’s great and I can definitely taste it in the eggs. I’m used to cheap, regular eggs and I love how the yolks don’t break.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think it’s always good when smaller businesses like these farms are supported. Since they’re smaller, they can give more attention to their products compared to the bigger ones.
Simple, farm fresh eggs from Happy Egg are top quality.
