Free Range Equals Happy Hens

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Shane from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way is either hard boiled so I can take one to work or I like a good old fashioned fried egg over medium.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
The rocky sunrise bacon and egg burger sounds delicious. All those things in one sandwich would be a great way to start the day.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it’s great that the hens can have the ability to be outside in their own environment. Less stress on the hens equals a better tasting egg.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
Supporting small family farms is very important to me. They are the backbone of small businesses and provide such wonderful food and ingredients.

Happy Eggs just taste better by my knowing that they came from free-range chickens.
