How To Make A Gourmet Scrambled Egg? Just Crack An Egg!

In Partnership with Ore-Ida

We talked to Lumin from MI and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us about the flavor of Just Crack an Egg.

A
I picked the Denver Scramble. I actually used two eggs. I thought there might be too many pieces of ham and peppers for one medium egg. I really liked the ham; it provided plenty of flavor and also enough texture to prevent the scramble from feeling too mushy. I liked the onions, too, but I didn’t really taste the peppers. Overall, I really enjoyed the scramble.
Q
Just Crack an Egg lets you have a savory breakfast scramble every morning [even the ones when you hit snooze a few too many times]. What did you think of the convenience of Just Crack an Egg?

A
The whole cooking process mostly involved just cracking eggs and mixing. It took me about five minutes to make a gourmet scrambled egg. I guess this is a quick, easy way to get a decent meal, and as an added benefit, there is almost nothing to clean afterward.
Q
How will you elevate your next Just Crack an Egg?

A
If it were up to me, I would add a packet of hot sauce. I like to put hot sauce on everything. It adds plenty of flavor and works on any dish.
Q
Breakfast doesn’t just give you energy for the day, it provides time to start your day with the ones you love. What’s your favorite breakfast memory?

A
My favorite breakfast memory is of the Saturday family brunches my family used to have quite often. We cooked omelets and talked about plenty of things.
