The Best Free Fange Blue And Brown Heritage Breed Eggs That Money Could Buy From The Happy Egg Company
In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Robert from CA and here’s what he had to say:
Robert on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
These Happy Egg Heritage Breed free-range blue and brown eggs look pretty amazing actually, like something perhaps of a prehistoric creation that I haven’t really seen in the local grocery market. They do look very fancy as does the packaging and labeling.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The yolk is indeed a very rich golden color that looks full of nutrients. I can tell from the color alone that these are not normal commodity eggs.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I made a protein shake with milk and I threw the egg in there to get protein to see how it tasted and it tasted very rich in comparison to regular commodity eggs.
Robert on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
Free range eggs are probably the best eggs that I could buy. It’s good that there are people out there who care to actually produce and consumerise free range eggs.
