Nutritious, Delicious, Amazing Eggs

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Jeremy from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Jeremy on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
I thought the different colors were pretty cool looking. I think I might have had brown eggs before, but not speckled ones. They're actually pretty looking. I definitely have never tried blue eggs before. I was very excited to try them.
What he Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
Amber is a spot-on description of the yolk color. It gives the egg a more "rich" and nutrient "dense" look. It's darker than regular eggs and looks cleaner, somehow.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I prepared them in a frying pan. I could definitely taste the difference. As previously stated, they just taste richer, more filling, and very satisfying, much more so than regular eggs.
Jeremy on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I think it's awesome the way that the company is committed to raising free hens. It makes no sense to have to keep them caged and abuse them. People caring about animals is a huge step in the right direction and it is better for everyone. Less risk of disease is awesome.
These are very flavorful, rich, and satisfying eggs.
