May Healthier Eggs Live On

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Gregory from GA and here’s what he had to say:

Gregory on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
These colors were very different from the eggs I normally eat. I have never tried these before. These actually taste very good and I can tell the difference.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
It looks like a brighter yellow egg yolk than that of other eggs. I was not really surprised by the yolk. I expected it to be different.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I think it’s a healthier flavor for sure. I prepared them as scrambled eggs with cheese. These are better tasting eggs to me and I definitely will purchase them again.
Gregory on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I think this way of raising eggs is good for the community and is good for healthier eggs. I believe more people will start to eat these eggs.
I had stopped eating eggs for a while. Overall, based on this experience I am sold on eating eggs again.
