Heritage Breed Blue And Brown Eggs Are Delicious, Healthy And Beautiful

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Brian from NV and here’s what he had to say:

Brian on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
These eggs are beautiful. What a variety of colors I’ve never seen before in eggs and never had before. I am very excited to try these eggs; they look to be very high-quality with a nice dark yolk.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
These eggs have a very dark yellow yolk. It looks to be very high-quality and I'm looking forward to trying them. Regular eggs are a pale yellow and don’t have a lot of substance to them. I was surprised by the vibrant colors of these eggs.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I did enjoy the flavor. I made it as an over easy fried egg. It tasted a lot better than regular eggs.
Brian on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I’m glad to see Happy Egg Company making these eggs in a natural way which is better for the environment, for the chickens and for the consumers. I know it’s much more healthy to eat these kind of eggs.
What a beautiful set of one dozen eggs with many different colors that I’ve never seen before and such a high-quality that I’m looking forward to continue having them for breakfast.
