Healthy Alternative To Your Regular Breakfast

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Brian from TX and here’s what he had to say:

Brian on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
The color was unique and beautiful. One of the brown eggs had some blue spots on it like an Easter egg. I was excited to try them because I have never tried anything other than the plain white eggs.
What he Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The yolk is a darker yellow than the regular eggs. It was a little strange, but not too weird to put me off.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I prepared a fried egg and made an egg sandwich. It added a savory flavor that a regular egg does not have, which can be off-putting if you're used to a regular egg.
Brian on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
Being able to have a healthier food choice is always a good thing to have. It shows how caring we can be when we take the time to treat animals we will eat humanely. It would be nice to have the regular chickens raised the same way to cover all tastes.
I like having the choice of healthy and humanely raised food and Happy Egg does a great job of doing that.
