Happy Eggs: The Most Bang For The "Bawk"
In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.
We talked to Curtis from TX and here’s what he had to say:
Curtis on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
I thought the colors were warm rich colors, unique to and reminiscent of the free range farm fresh “yard” eggs I grew up on, having been raised in the small rural town of Quitman, TX, located in deep East Texas.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The rich yolk is much better in flavor than that of commodity eggs normally purchased at the local chain grocery store.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
These eggs had a pleasant, deep, rich almost nutty flavor that commodity eggs from the local grocery store can’t come close to.
Curtis on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I think this concept is great and produces a much healthier, flavorful egg.
