Happy Egg: Eggscellent Choice!

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Chris from GA and here’s what he had to say:

Chris on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
I recently traveled to Ireland where my brother-in-law has free range chickens who lay brown eggs and that is where I had them. I never had blue speckled eggs but know they must taste as wonderful as brown and I'm anxious to try them!
What he Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
I remember identifying the difference in the yolk color being a darker, richer color of yellow in Ireland and found the same, to my delight, with Heritage. These eggs just seem to be such a much more healthy product than regular eggs.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
Heritage Eggs are fluffier scrambled the way I like them and have a softer texture on the palate than store brand eggs. The color of the cooked product is very appealing as well!
Chris on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
Free roaming animals allowed to exist naturally in their environment absolutely produce a superior product. Eggs are such an important and highly integral part of my diet that the best product available is certainly my first choice.
Happy Eggs are for happy health and happy eating.
