Farm Fresh And Healthy

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Chris from TX and here’s what he had to say:

Chris on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
The colors were very interesting and were set off well by the blue carton. I was quite interested to try the eggs.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The yolk was brighter and a deeper orange-red color than that of standard eggs. I was surprised by the color; it reminded me of a farm egg.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
We did enjoy the flavor. We scrambled the eggs and they tasted farm-fresh. My wife noted that "They were like the eggs from my childhood on the farm."
Chris on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I am happy that the hens are healthier like those in years gone by. Good nutrition and health are important to me.
Happy hens make for good eating!
