Different And Delicious

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Eric from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Eric on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
The egg shell is different. I was definitely excited once I cracked it open and saw the darker, orange-ish coloring of the yolk.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The yolk is much darker and orange-ish. I was definitely surprised and I’m excited to try this.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
I put a little butter in the frying pan, dropped one egg in and scrambled it. I tried my first bite and it was a little bit more of a richer flavor. I liked it very much.
Eric on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I definitely think that this is the way it should be. I know that results in a little bit of a higher price however; I think that I either pay my grocer or I'm going to pay my doctor and medical bills down the road. I’d rather pay my grocer.
These eggs are different and delicious.
