Awesome Heritage, Happy Makes For Yummy Artisan Eggs!

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Armand from WA and here’s what he had to say:

Armand on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
Both egg colors were intriguing - I'd never seen such rich brown eggs before and the speckled eggs looked like quail eggs. I was excited to try them out for my breakfast bowl recipe.
What he Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
I was surprised by the rich dark reddish orange color of the yolks - clearly, there's something special about these eggs. I just had to run out and show everyone!
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
Typical generic supermarket eggs haven't been that flavorful in my experience. These Heritage Breed Eggs were noticeably richer-tasting in my egg-and-veggie breakfast rice bowl - that's key because the eggs are the primary flavor ingredient in the dish!
Armand on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
As with Happy Egg's other products, it's great to know that the hens live in much more natural conditions than most. I can't help but believe that accounts for much of their tasty flavor. Keep up the happy mission!
These super tasty Heritage Breed Eggs make me happy you brought them to my local store.
