A Dash Of Happy Color

In Partnership with The Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Frank from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Frank on the Colors of Heritage Breed Shells
I have never had blue or speckled brown eggs before so I am very excited to try these variations out. The colors from the Heritage Breed carton are so unique and I am glad that these are offered.
What He Thought of the Rich Amber Yolk. . .
The rich amber yolk color is so beautiful to look at up close and different from the regular yellow yolks that I am used to consuming. I have seen this kind of yolk color introduced on the web and can’t wait to try it for myself.
His Thoughts on Heritage Breed’s Distinct Flavor
The flavor of these Heritage Breed Eggs is so rich with a sweet after taste. I poached my eggs so there is a huge contrast between the egg whites and the amber color, making it look as delicious as an egg can be.
Frank on Happy Egg’s Commitment to Free-Range Farming. . .
I love learning more about the mission and commitment behind the products I use. To me, raising free-range hens with over eight acres of outdoor space means conditions that are close to the natural outdoors yet the company is still able to control the environment and provide the healthiest and highest quality of eggs.
It is an honor to be a part of Happy Egg's journey to building a colorful and happier future one egg at a time.
