GEAR FOOD HOME GROOMING STYLE ABOUT

Happy Eggs, Happy Consumer

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Brett from PA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us what you made with Happy Eggs.

A
I prepared an over-easy egg with my Happy Eggs. I usually do not like brown eggs, but this one tasted delicious. I then made an egg burrito with some more happy eggs. This was also tasty. I usually purchase the cheapest eggs available at the grocery store. These happy eggs were a good treat, and it was reassuring to know that the eggs are antibiotic and pesticide-free.
Q
What do you think the benefits of Happy Egg Hens having the highest quality feed are?

A
High quality feeds lead to healthier hens. Healthier hens produce better eggs. These better eggs likely contain more protein and other important nutrients.
Q
Which Happy Egg original recipe would you like to try?

A
I would like to try the sunshine Benedict, egg fried rice, and baked eggs and tomato. The smoked salmon dip also seems delicious but may be more complicated to make. I think the egg fried rice would be my favorite. This recipe could be used as a breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It also could be adapted to add other ingredients. I would share this with my family (wife and kids). It seems like something even the picky kids would eat too.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s commitment to support small family farms?

A
Sourcing eggs from small farms across the country leads to improved efficiency, decreased farm to table times, and also helps small farmers stay in business. Everyone wins with this strategy, even the hens.
Happy Eggs were an unexpected positive surprise, as they were both delicious and nutritious.
