Tell us what you made with your Happy Eggs!

A
I always make scrambled eggs. Always! I use a little olive oil, sea salt, and shredded cheddar cheese. I pan cook them until golden brown then enjoy with sourdough toast juice and coffee. Flavor is always great. I have been buying this brand of egg for a while and I love it.

How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

I think it’s great. Our society has evolved over the last decade to appreciate our food sources and do a better job at preserving them for generations to come. Treating the animals that feed us with care and high standards increase our quality of life as well as the animals that feed us.

Get creative! What yummy summer recipe would you choose to incorporate Happy Eggs with?

A
I love to make egg soufflé using my grandma’s recipe in the old iron skillet she used to use. It’s a big fluffy egg dish to share with family and friends.

Happy Egg Hens spend their days doing things they love [like perching, foraging + dust bathing]. What are some of your favorite things to do with family + friends?

A
We enjoy walks along the beach, dinners together, and weekends out camping. Being with family and friends is great for peace of mind and relaxing.
