Eggs, The Way They Should Be

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Aaron from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I enjoy scrambled eggs; they are simple to make and are perfect for breakfast. I use coconut oil for a nice flavor that complements the eggs and doesn’t over power them. I think people would enjoy the dish because it’s healthy and simple.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I would like to try and make a quiche; I have never made one before, but they are tasty and I would like to give the dish a try and load it with veggies. I would make the dish for brunch for my wife with some sourdough toast.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think the company’s commitment is fantastic and makes me want to support its practice. I traditionally buy free-range and pasture-raised eggs because I believe the animals should be treated humanely.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I love the company’s stance on supporting family farms. Working with small farms ensures the smaller players have a fair chance in the field and allows them to provide living wages to workers.
Happy Eggs are healthy eggs from healthy chickens.
