Eggs That Care About You!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Colin from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare eggs is in an omelet or scrambled, mixed with a little milk, not water. I use milk because it makes the eggs fluffier than water will.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
The Happy Egg Co. recipe I’d like to try is the rocky sunrise bacon and egg burger, because it sounds like a great combination of flavors!
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it’s great! I feel the hens must be a lot happier that way and get a lot more exercise. This is an overall healthier lifestyle for them, which must produce a healthier product.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
I think it’s the way to go. Not only does it give more jobs to local communities, but it also will give that community a better work ethic.

These eggs do cost a little more, but I can tell just by looking at them that they also come with more: more egg, more nutrition, and clearly more care!
