Eggs-actly What The Doctor Ordered!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Bruce from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
I like my eggs hard boiled and eaten straight or served on toast. Sometimes I make egg salad, or just cut in half and make a sandwich.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
All the recipes but the marmalade and banana French toast sound appetizing. Deviled eggs sound the most tempting.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
It sounds like Happy Egg is more humane to the hens and also more health conscious.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
It feels good to support small farms vs. large industrial (perhaps uncaring) mega farms where the welfare of the hens is only considered as it supports a higher profit margin.

Healthier happy hens produce healthier (and tastier) Happy Eggs.
