GEAR FOOD HOME GROOMING STYLE ABOUT

Eggcounter with a stranger.

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to William from NM and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I cracked the eggs into a bowl and whisked them until smooth and cooked scrambled eggs over a gas stove top. Added salt and pepper to taste. I placed the eggs in a warm tortilla and sampled them. I then added salsa to my egg burrito and it tasted great.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I have always believed happy livestock make for better producers. 8 acres seems like a lot, but that also depends on the amount of hens that have access to it at one time.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I believe I would like to try out two separate dishes this holiday season. My first dish will be a pea salad with boiled eggs mixed in. My second dish will be deviled eggs cooked in a traditional manner. I will make two batches of each and set them side by side to have others compare which one they like.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
New Year’s Eve six years ago was my favorite holiday. I was with my significant other and we just sat outside cuddling and watching the stars as others focused on a ball to drop.
They’re just plain eggcellent.
