We talked to Blane from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I scrambled a couple of eggs. Scrambled is usually how I prepare them. The flavor was good, the texture was good.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
I haven’t given it much thought. But I think hen welfare is a good idea.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I don’t do a lot of holiday cooking, but I can see using these eggs for French toast, omelettes, scrambled eggs etc.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
I don’t have a lot of holiday special memories, they all have good memories for me, especially with family getting together.

The eggs were flavorful and had good texture.
