Delicious Eggs That Help The Environment

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Andre from AZ and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
This is a tough question, but I prefer making hard boiled eggs. I like to boil some water on the stove in a saucepan, then put in the eggs, wait 10-12 minutes, and then take them out.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
I’d like to try the rocky sunrise bacon and egg burger because it sounds like it tastes amazing and is not something I have done before.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I consider myself an environmentalist, so I am very supportive of Happy Egg’s dedication to the welfare of the animals used.
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
My grandfather was a farmer so I think it’s great that Happy Egg supports the family farmer.

The eggs were priced very affordably and are very nutritious.
