Delicious Eggs

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Brandon from CA and here’s what he had to say:

Q
What’s your favorite way to prepare Happy Eggs?

A
My favorite way to prepare eggs is over easy or scrambled, as a breakfast item. I like to eat eggs with ham, onions, cheese, and toast.
Q
The new year is the perfect time to try new things. What Happy Egg Co. recipe will you try?

A
The bacon and egg burger sounds appealing. I really enjoy over easy eggs on burgers so this is something I would enjoy as a meal at home.
Q
Happy Egg Hens are pasture raised with over 8 acres of outdoor space to run + play. What do you think of Happy Eggs high animal welfare standards?

A
I think it is a nice commitment. I am not sure what benefits there are to the taste of the eggs but if it means the hens are less likely to get diseases, and therefore my eggs come from healthy hens, then I am all for it!
Q
What do you think of Happy Egg’s choice to raise their hens on small family farms, in support of family farmers?

A
It’s always good to support American businesses and farms. Hopefully this also translates to fresher eggs that taste better.
Happy Eggs taste great.
