In Partnership with Cracker Barrel

We talked to Matthew from ME and here’s what he had to say:

Matthew on the Flavor
Asiago was my favorite because it had a smooth and powdery feel in my mouth. The flavor was a good balance of sharp and smooth, which was very pleasant to eat.
He Would Serve Cracker Barrel’s Assorted Cracker Cuts With
I would recommend serving this cheese with crackers and grapes, such that you would find on a crudite tray. This cheese tray is also handy for a quick grab to put on slider sandwiches at a party or a quick lunch for lots of people. The flavors complement each other on the crudite tray because cheese and grapes and crackers are lifelong friends, but also that the sweet and savory pairing has long been a favorite for so many people.
Matthew Would Serve Cracker Barrel Cheese At
I would serve these cheeses at Bible study, or a larger get together with friends. In my life, there doesn't need to be an event to have a reason to serve and pour out blessing of delicious foods and snacks with those you love. Having foods like this cheese tray make it easy to create an environment conducive to socializing. Those that I would especially like to catch up with are my family and friends.
His Favorite Holiday Memory
One of my favorite holiday memories was having a Christmas party last year at my wife and my house. We had our closest couple friends over and played games, talked, laughed and shared great times over delicious food and hot chocolate. What made the night special was the great time shared with friends enjoying their company, and seeing just how much people loved us, and how much people were enjoying themselves.
