GEAR FOOD HOME GROOMING STYLE ABOUT

An eggceptional experience!

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Doug from TN and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I prepare eggs only one way, truth be known. I scrambled the eggs hard so that there are no white left. I usually use salt and pepper from time to time depending on how I feel. Then I cook them in some butter or margarine.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
It is fairly important to me as I’m trying to switch to more organic foods in my diet. I feel that having the hens over 8 acres of outdoor space is very beneficial because the quality of product is going be a lot better than your traditional egg production facilities.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
Without is coming around, I am probably going to try some dishes that I’ve never done before. This may include go in creating pasta that’s like an egg noodle style, souffles, and maybe some egg bread. In truth, that is the happy eggs well actually you know provide a better and quality product as well as taste it will probably be significantly better than your traditional store-brand eggs.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
Realistically, I really like the fall because of the leaves and the changing of the weather. It’s a time for football and hockey and family gatherings. What always kind of came to my mind when I came to these parts of the year was the gathering of friends and family over nice meals. Whether they would be appetizers or full course meals, this is really something that kind of stands out around this time of year.
The quality of the happy eggs was well beyond expectations And the taste was a lot better than a traditional egg you would find in the store.
