8 Acres Of Happy

In Partnership with Happy Egg Co.

We talked to Chris from FL and here’s what he had to say:

Q
Tell us how you prepared your Happy Eggs.

A
I prepared my Happy Eggs by cracking them into a deep fryer for about 45 seconds. They came out considerably fluffier than I thought they would. I topped them with melted butter and Frank’s Red Hot.
Q
How do you feel about The Happy Egg Co.’s commitment to hen welfare?

A
Happy Eggs’ commitment to hen welfare sounds good, but doesn’t really give any indication of how many chickens have to share the acreage.
Q
The Holidays are coming! What festive dish would you use Happy Eggs for?

A
I like deviled eggs. Happy Eggs seem like nice large eggs with a good flavor.
Q
What’s your favorite Holiday memory?

A
My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, because I get to make a large volume of foods to contribute to the family pile. Once everyone else has made their way through the line, I get to go through and take most of whatever is left and not feel like I didn’t let the rest of the family have a chance.

Dropping Happy Eggs in a commercial deep fryer only serves to exponentially increase the amount of happy produced.
