“It first hits like a strong vinegar-Italian dressing taste but after a moment I can taste a sweeter roll on my tongue. It's not specifically strawberry at first, but with a larger sample it seems to show it's strawberry taste.”

“I'd say the strong bite of this grabs your attention. It adds more noise to regular salad. I normally don't choose a fruity dressing but the combination of the tang of the vinegar with a flowing fruity aftertaste, really sells an otherwise bland salad for me.”

“I tried it on a salad as a dressing and the flavor boosts a normally "bland" lettuce salad. I didn't have the opportunity to sample it as a dip, but I think the bold taste of this would counteract the taste of, say, fries, chicken fingers, or other dipped foods. Sometimes you can overburden food with too much flavors.”

“The dressing doesn't flow like an oil and vinegar dressing so it won't get over-poured. It stays together in my mouth instead of separating flavors. A good portion was left on the lettuce and fork when each bite and not falling back into the plate.”
Bitten is an unexpected bite of bold flavor paired with a rich after taste of complementary flavors.
