“This dressing tastes mainly of a vinaigrette with a slight strawberry note, not overpowering in sweetness but also thicker than a typical vinaigrette. I enjoyed the slight tang that lingered after sampling and look forward to using it, and not just for salads! I look forward to trying it as part of a marinade as well.”

“I enjoyed the bit of bite that is in this dressing that comes after it has been in my mouth for a second. Definitely like that it's not an overpowering sweetness in the strawberry, but you can tell it's there. I don't typically buy fruity dressings, but I'll come back for more of this.”

“I would use this as a dressing over a dip, preferably a regular garden salad as it would go great with the lettuce and maybe some cranberries as well. I would use as a dip as well, but don't usually use dips.”

“I was expecting more of a vinaigrette texture than it was, so I was surprised for it to be an equal mix of the vinaigrette with a full dressing. It was delightful to have that kind of surprise.”
I was caught off-guard with a light tang and unexpected mix of delicious flavor!
