“The flavor was pretty surprising, actually tasted pretty good. The texture was nice, smooth, really creamy and enjoyable. I enjoyed the subtle taste of the little bits of lemon and the poppy seed mixed in there, gave it a pretty unique taste.”

“I call it bite-worthy for just that. I mean, look at it, lemon poppy seed. I love lemons and poppy seeds. The word "bitten" just draws you in. The flavor is different from what I expected, a little more lemon flavor, a little less vinegary taste would be great. I'm not a fruity dressing type guy, but I would try this again.”

“I would prefer to use it as a dressing; I would actually use it on any type of salad. It just has that great of a taste. To me, it doesn't have enough body to be used as a dipping sauce. The texture's a little too smooth.”

“I was a bit skeptical at first to try a fruity type of dressing. The texture was also surprising to me. Just from looking at it, you would think it might be a little chunky, but it was actually surprisingly smooth. I think it bends the rules by marrying the actual fruit with a dressing, but the fruit is not overpowering to the point where you think you're eating a dessert.”
Bitten is a pretty cool and satisfying experience coming from a skeptic like me.
