“The Lemon Poppy Seed dressing has a really creamy texture. The lemon does a great job of keeping the creamy sauce from feeling too heavy and the poppy seeds add the random surprise of a textural change from now and then. I'd love to put some of this sauce on top of a piece of salmon.”

“I think each flavor of Bitten could pair really well with the right meal. For instance, the Blueberry Basil would be a very nice addition to a piece of lamb and a small salad. All the Bitten flavors have unique salad dressing flavors which really adds a lot of value to that first bite.”

“I'd prefer to use Bitten as a dip, as the flavors really scream more than just put me on some lettuce. Although you could definitely make some tasty concoctions with foliage, the flavors on the dressing are powerful which, for me, feels like it suits meat really well. Casually dipping iguana into the blue berry basil dressing seems like a dream come true.”

“The texture of the Lemon Poppy Seed hits all ends of the spectrum. You've got a super creamy base with an extremely hard to chew poppy seed bending the rules on what creamy can be. A creamy fruit dressing is a great way to change up the routine from the same old dressings you've been eating for years.”
Bitten dressing has a refreshing new take for dressing your salads, entrees, or hors d'oeuvres.
